The service is available for cruises departing from one of the following ports: ITALY: Bari, Catania, Civitavecchia, Genova, Naples, Olbia, Palermo, Savona, Taranto, Trieste and Venice-Marghera; FRANCE: La Seyne-sur-Mer and Marseille; SPAIN: Barcelona, Tarragona and Valencia; GERMANY*: Bremerhaven, Hamburg and Kiel; GREECE*: Athens.
The service is available to residents of one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Area reserved to Gold and Platinum members
The service provides home pickup of one piece of luggage weighing up to 32 pounds, shipment to the port of embarkation, and, at the end of the cruise, shipment to your home. You can also use the service only for otward or return trips.
For Gold and Platinum members, the collection and home delivery of one piece of luggage is free. For any other luggage, the price list reserved for Costa Crociere customers applies.
Area reserved to Silver members
The service provides home pickup of one piece of luggage weighing up to 32 pounds, shipment to the port of embarkation, and, at the end of the cruise, shipment to your home. You can also use the service only for otward or return trips.
The price of the service for Silver members includes an additional 10% discount on the already reduced price for Costa Crociere passengers.
Area reserved for Costa Cruises customers
The service provides home pickup of one piece of luggage weighing up to 32 pounds, shipment to the port of embarkation, and, at the end of the cruise, shipment to your home. You can also use the service only for otward or return trips.
The price of the service for Costa Crociere passengers is reduced from the standard price.
